The vehicle should normally be returned with the same fuel level as recorded at the beginning of the rental unless a different fuel arrangement has been agreed.

If the vehicle is returned with insufficient fuel, the customer may be charged for the missing fuel and any applicable service fee.

Where a rental agreement includes a mileage or distance limit, the customer must remain within the agreed limit. Additional charges may apply when the agreed mileage or distance allowance is exceeded.

Any applicable mileage restrictions will be communicated to the customer before or during the rental agreement.

The customer is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period and may be responsible for damage caused by:

• Unauthorized drivers

• Lost or damaged accessories
• Interior damage beyond normal use

Normal wear and tear resulting from reasonable use will be assessed separately. The company may inspect the vehicle after its return and may charge the customer for verified damage attributable to the rental period.

Vehicles must be returned at the agreed date, time, and location. Customers who expect to be late must contact Nashaad Car Rental & Motors as soon as possible.
